We are a household full of cat lovers and I have to say that the Litter Robot is the best product we’ve come across for controlling litter messes. We’ve had our LR for 3 years and have 6 cats in that time. Two of our cats weigh in at over 18 pounds each. The Litter Robot is up for the challenge! Sometimes it seems like it’s running nonstop, but it has never let us down. All of our cats have adapted well to it; none of them have had any issues learning to use the Litter Robot. It’s very easy to clean and maintain and it only takes a few minutes a day to empty the tray and put in fresh litter. A home with only one or two cats could probably get away with not doing that as often. The LR completely controls the mess and the odor to the point where people are surprised to learn that we have 6 cats. When we did have a slight problem the customer service department handled it quickly and pleasantly. I highly recommend the Litter Robot to anyone I know with cats.
