Best customer service is with the Litter Robot company. I bought my Robot about 4 years ago and it has been a savings all the way around. It saves on time cleaning, the smell in the house and the cost of litter. I also have had a couple problems with the Robot (minor) and the company has had the friendliest customer service reps and wonderful service.  I have recommended them to many of my friends and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work Litter Robot. Awesome company to deal with!
