I want to tell everyone about the wonderful customer service I recently received. Even though I purchased my Litter Robot 2nd hand from someone else, after 9 months or so, it started to not cycle properly. I was concerned that I may not get the best assistance from the mfr. since I didn’t purchase it new from them. Well, these folks bent over backwards with all kinds of help and assistance to get my/their litter box operating properly. In the end, it was a pretty simple fix and both myself and my cats are very happy to have the Litter Robot back up to 100%. These folks were absolutely wonderful to deal with and they followed through on all of their promises to be sure I was 100% satisfied.

The best advice I can give anyone in the market for one of these wonderful devices is to look on this website and find what you want. If you are looking for a bargain, don’t go any farther than the “reconditioned” versions. For what people are paying for “used” machines on eBay, there is not much, if any, savings to be had by purchasing a unit outside of this website.

These are not the least expensive automatic cat boxes, but the old saying, “you get what you pay for” was never more true! Along with getting a wonderful appliance, you will also get superior customer service, long after the sale. It is very hard to put a price on that.
