I just wanted to leave your company and let others know how happy my kitten “ Bella” and I are. I know it seems a little bit on the expensive side, but it’s worth the money you pay for it! I rec’d my litter-robot about a week before I got Bella from the airport and everything arrived very well package and worked great! I brought Bella home she was a little bit anxious and stressed out from her trip to me, I put her in the litter-robot several times and she continued to jump out and not do anything. My little boy hunter had her in his room for awhile and she had a little accident…I picked it up with a tissue put it in the litter-robot and covered it with some litter. I then grabbed Bella and stuck her in it again, she smelled around and went #1!! YEA That’s all you have to do if your kitten or cat is not taking to it. She uses it like a pro and loves it! The Litter-Robot LR2 Bubble unit is one of the best inventions and would totally recommend to anyone who has a kitten or a cat. I clean out the lower compartment every 3 to 4 days and you could probably go a week, but I’m anal retentive person. My kitten only weighs about 3 pounds so every time she goes I turn it on for a cycle until she weighs at least 5lbs, which is not a big deal for me.
