I want to tell you that I love your product and I’m sorry my husband isn’t around to hear that. He was the one that found you. Of course, I had my reservations, I was just fine scooping litter…but he wasn’t! He felt that as a business owner I was spending too much time doing unnecessary cleanup.

When it came, it was HIS job to deal with it. I did not want to have anything to do with this newfangled mechanical thing that I did not have the time to figure out! (But I had lots of time to scoop litter for my darling kitties!)

When he passed away, I was forced to deal with the Robot myself, and I was amazed how easy it really is once you figure out the mechanics of it. (I am sooo NOT mechanical, luckily it was so very simple!)

I like it so much, I tell everyone about it’s benefits.

I don’t usually do testimonials, always too busy, but I happen to have some time on my hands and I wanted to tell you what a great associate you have in Mickey! She helped me through my Litter Robot process and made things easier. She sent me a brand new discounted part, that sealed the deal for me! If you are willing to go through such lengths for customer service, you have my loyalty for life!
