I can’t say enough GOOD about the Litter-Robot and how much I love it. But even more than how well it works this is hands down the best company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is the best bar none, hands down. They have resolved any issue I have had with No hassles and very fast. Thank you to Mickey especially. She has been outstanding at helping me resolve any issues. It is a great product and a great company that stands behind their product 100%
