Add me to the thousands others that think the Litter Robot is the coolest necessity for a cat. My 2 cats have used their bot every day for at least 5 years. We had some occasional jams when the outside of the globe track got dirty but nothing serious. I’ve been wanting to get the newer version because of the deeper drawer. But I had to wait until the one I had broke down. Can’t be wasteful you know! And so when the globe was jamming every day for the past 2 weeks even though I did everything I could think of to fix it, it was time to order the new model. I was just about to buy the gray eco version when I stumbled on “TIPS”. I adjusted the sensor and now it works like new. Pity. Still dreaming of the eco-gray….
