I finally found and purchased a Litter Robot in 2005. The Litter Robot has been fantastic! I've taken it apart and cleaned it ONE time (only because we moved and I had to pack it up). It has worked non-stop, without a hitch for 4yrs now. And, even with the smaller drawer in the older model, I empty the drawer once a week and it only takes a matter of seconds.
