loves the Litter Robot as it always stays clean
I have always meant to write and am finally getting around to it. I have 3 rescue cats, one who would not use any slightly soiled litter box and we thought we would not be able to keep her. She loves the Litter Robot as it always stays clean. But not only is your product great, but so is your customer service. We received our reconditioned litter robot just before a major holiday weekend and it wouldn’t work properly. I called and left a message, not expecting a reply for days. To my shock, I received a call back the next day on a major holiday. The representative was wonderful and we received a working product within days. As a customer service supervisor myself, I was extremely impressed with the customer service you provided. Heck, if you care that much about your customers, I want to come work for you!

I love the Litter-robot! It’s by far the best option I have found.
The problem is my male cat who gets urine on the step. He doesn’t get far enough into the globe (11 lb cat). Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone have any ideas? If I put something on the step, I’m afraid that might prevent them from going in the globe.
