I had my first litter robot for 4.5 yrs, and living in Alaska, it took an extra $100 to ship it., Worth every penny. The LR was still going strong when I donated it to the ASPCA and moved to Louisiana. I ordered the litter robot the day I moved, and it arrived at my destination 2 days later. I have 3 “boys” small to xlg and they all use the LR. This time the shipping was free! Needless to say its a busy litterbox, no fuss, no smell, and just change the bag everyother day. All 3 boys are fascinated with its operation. They interrupt many many cycles but the LR never complains
