I wanted to write and tell you that the Litter Robot II is ABSOLUTELY, and BY FAR, the BEST automatic cleaning litter box out there!!
I am a US Army Disabled Veteran and have to do everything from my chair. I tried VERY NEARLY EVERY single litter box with automatic waste removal, that is sold. I spent hundreds of dollars trying to find the one that really works. I can honestly, and without reservation, say that LITTER ROBOT II wins, totally, and hands down!! I save on litter, because it does not have to be changed as frequently, my Siamese LOVES his always-clean litter, and it requires very little effort on my part!! Thank you for such a great product!! I recently ordered the “extended globe” for my Litter Robot II and I know that it will be just as great!! Oh, and the Customer Service is the best, too!! If you think, once received, that you are “STUCK with your unit” whether it works as expected or not. NO WAY! I had problems with my first unit (a fluke) and they promptly and courteously replaced it. I will NEVER own another litter “box” for my baby.
