I bought my litter robot almost 3 years ago, and it still works great, I have not had any problems with it. It can make a mess if the bottom part is full and so it sticks to the sides, but if you clean it often you wont have a problem. All three cats took to it very well. Sometimes when they come out they will track some litter, but not bad. I would recommend this to anyone who does not want to manually scoop the litter. It has made my life so much easier.
