The litter robot arrived shortly after purchase and was a dream to put together. I immediately put it in place of the traditional litter box and within the hour the cats were using it! The machine works perfectly and REALLY does keep the odor at bay. I have one chubby cat who fits well in the machine and I did order the larger globe. I also ordered the cat litter from the site which works nicely and doesn’t have any strange odor to it. The only thing I could’ve done differently, which is not the fault of the company, is not select the “empty” feature when I want the machine to clear unwanted waste. Please select “cycle” or you will lose perfectly good litter All-in-all, a purchase I will not regret.
