Waiting in line to use it
I bought the Litter Robot 3 weeks ago and we were absolutely blown away on how well it works. We have two cats that are used to the Litter Maid automatic boxes. They always needed to be cleaned by hand because they always jammed. Our cats started peeing outside the box because they weren’t satisfied with the cleanliness. It took about 1 week for them to become adjusted to the Litter Robot after your wonderful customer service people advised us what to do and it worked beautifully. We are now happy and so are our baby’s. I just today ordered a second Robot so they can each have there own, although they both used the one, I found them waiting in line to use it (how funny). It’s such a breath of fresh air to buy a product that works as advertised. You guys and the Robot ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!! I will spread the word!!!!!!!
