You have regained my faith in customer service.
I just wanted to commend two outstanding employees – Shirley and Mickey. Thank you….thank you…thank you. You have regained my faith in customer service. We have a new unit and it stopped working with-in a few months. I wrote an email and received an immediate response. They sent out a new circuit board; however that did not seem to fix the problem. I wrote another email and called customer service (we didn’t want Kodi going too long with-out her potty she loves it)… both responded. We have another unit on the way and I’m so happy they were able to address my problem and send a replacement. For anyone who has ever had great customer service experiences please let others know…it’s a shame that only negative thoughts get spread like wildfire while great employees like Shirley and Mickey go unnoticed! Btw I highly recommend this product it has been a life/nose saver. Have a terrific day everyone!

That’s definitely encouraging. I have a cat and as a blind person or even as a person in general I absolutely hate scooping. And as a blind person I don’t always know if I miss some or it lands on the flor. If the Robot can help me with that I’ll gladly fork over the dough.
