My wife and I love your product. We’ve been using it for a few years now, and just have to tell you what a difference it’s made. It’s under the stairs in the basement now. We never hear it or smell it. We have two cats and take replace the trash bag once every 2-3 days (and we LOVE that we can just use ordinary garbage bags!). I’d be surprised if there was a better litter box out there. And the icing on the cake? Your customer service is awesome. Thank you!

Because I was working very long hours and with not much to clean the litter box, I decided to purchase the Litter Robot.
It has been the best investment I have ever made.
Their customer service is excellent and the product is amazing!!!!!
I recommend it to anyone that can’t stand the smell of the litter box and doesn’t have enough time to clean it multiple times a day.

I was skeptical on paying so much for a litter box my family and friends all thought I was crazy but after researching extensively I decide to buy one. Not only am I happy with the purchase but the customer service provided for what minor problems I’ve had was A+. I was so impressed with the company and product that I bought a second one after adopting a third cat. I take my hat off to this company and its product for being outstanding. The ONLY feedback I can offer is the trap doors should open a few seconds earlier; doing so would allow the waist to fall into the drawer without making a mess of the trap doors.

We are a two robot family now. There is one upstairs and one downstairs.
I finally upgraded to the expanded model for my expanded longhair female who could not seem to fit herself in the other robot. She is 16 lbs. and fits in in this .

Your customer service is the best. Always there and always helpful.

Of all the litter boxes and automatic litter boxes I have used the robot is the lowest smell and maintenance.

The robot is the greatest if you want to go away for the weekend because you don’t need to get someone to empty the litter boxes. There is absolutely no smell even after not being gone for three days.

The convenience more than makes up for the price.

Hello-

I want to tell you that I love your product and I’m sorry my husband isn’t around to hear that. He was the one that found you. Of course, I had my reservations, I was just fine scooping litter…but he wasn’t! He felt that as a business owner I was spending too much time doing unnecessary cleanup.

When it came, it was HIS job to deal with it. I did not want to have anything to do with this newfangled mechanical thing that I did not have the time to figure out! (But I had lots of time to scoop litter for my darling kitties!)

When he passed away, I was forced to deal with the Robot myself, and I was amazed how easy it really is once you figure out the mechanics of it. (I am sooo NOT mechanical, luckily it was so very simple!)

I like it so much, I tell everyone about it’s benefits.

I don’t usually do testimonials, always too busy, but I happen to have some time on my hands and I wanted to tell you what a great associate you have in Mickey! She helped me through my Litter Robot process and made things easier. She sent me a brand new discounted part, that sealed the deal for me! If you are willing to go through such lengths for customer service, you have my loyalty for life!
