Even though our cat is 15 lbs (he’s not overweight, just big, with a longer, bigger frame), and quite a scaredy cat, he has been happily using it. We love that it’s the only litter box we could find that’s still made in the USA (please don’t change!), and that you offer an “Eco” unit, which we got. We are so impressed with LR’s intrinsic design and its ability to thoroughly sift the litter (to coat and remove effectively) with its wholesale tumble action. It has handled every non-ideal situation that our cat has thrown at it (such as clumps being too wet, sticky, or being broken apart, or poop that hasn’t been covered, etc.) We love how quiet it is, how it uses inexpensive clumping litter, and regular kitchen garbage bags. I could go on and on, but suffice to say, this is definitely one of the best purchases we’ve ever made (worth every penny!), and we’re singing the praises of this superb product to all our cat loving family and friends! Thank you Litter Robot for so effectively freeing us from the concern and chore of keeping our litter box clean!
