Never having a cat before, coming home after work to a litter box, seemed like an extra chore. My husband was told about the Litter-Robot, I decided to buy the box for “me”. This has made my life easier, one less worry and more time to play with my kitten..love it!

I purchased this after finding out that I required surgery that would prevent me from being able to clean the regular cat box for months. What a life saver the Litter Robot has been. I have a kitten and a huge cat and both of them use it. It is so easy to clean, thanks!

Absolutely the best litter box I have ever owned – July 28, 2009

I have had my Litter-Robot for two years. It is absolutely the best litter box I have ever owned. It has not given me a single problem. My two siamese took to it instantly. I recently got a kitten from the shelter. She is totally obsessed with the L-R. She is still young and very light so she does not activate the sensor. Any time the litter robot starts, she jumps inside and runs around like it is a hamster wheel. After it dumps, she stalks the litter as it is being put back ito position.
This box is totally worth the expense. I don’t feel like I am putting a burden on my mother to clean the box when I go out of town. Changing trash bags once or twice is so easy compared to scooping chunks daily.

Lip Extender and Fence Solves litter box problem – July 24, 2009

Thank you! for the lip extender and fence. We have three cats. The two older cats took to the robot almost immediately, however, our “kitten” (five years old) would not turn around and insisted on tossing the litter all over the floor. We tried fashioning something, however, she would always find a way to take it off. When we saw the new lip extender and fence we thought we should give it a try. Even though she still does not turn around, everything is funneled back into to robot and the litter outside the robot is now minimal instead of like a sandy beach.

I just wanted to leave your company and let others know how happy my kitten “ Bella” and I are. I know it seems a little bit on the expensive side, but it’s worth the money you pay for it! I rec’d my litter-robot about a week before I got Bella from the airport and everything arrived very well package and worked great! I brought Bella home she was a little bit anxious and stressed out from her trip to me, I put her in the litter-robot several times and she continued to jump out and not do anything. My little boy hunter had her in his room for awhile and she had a little accident…I picked it up with a tissue put it in the litter-robot and covered it with some litter. I then grabbed Bella and stuck her in it again, she smelled around and went #1!! YEA That’s all you have to do if your kitten or cat is not taking to it. She uses it like a pro and loves it! The Litter-Robot LR2 Bubble unit is one of the best inventions and would totally recommend to anyone who has a kitten or a cat. I clean out the lower compartment every 3 to 4 days and you could probably go a week, but I’m anal retentive person. My kitten only weighs about 3 pounds so every time she goes I turn it on for a cycle until she weighs at least 5lbs, which is not a big deal for me.
