The litter robot has been a life saver. I have 7 cats ( 4 are mine and 3 were left by my daughter when she relocated out of the country) and I travel for work. The maintenance of 7 litter pans was pure drudgery. I have had my robot for 3 months and so far so good! I try to empty the waste tray every 2 days because of the volume. One of the cats is older and getting sub-q fluids 3x a week so she makes a lot of urine but emptying the tray is nothing compared to sifting a litter box. It is much healthier for me (no dust) and for the cats because the litter is always clean. I have wasted money in the past on 3 different litter-maid automatic boxes and emptying those trays was almost as bad as sifting litter manually plus the tines would get gummed up and nasty. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the warranty. Also, its nice to know that I can purchase the parts if needed. I can’t say thank you enough for this great invention. Everybody wins with this product.

I must say, I was a true believer with the first Litter-Maid I had, then went on to my second….but with two cats I was becoming frustrated at how often the “rake” would get clumped up and required major cleaning, having to make sure I did not get any of the electronics wet during the process. It seemed to use more and more litter, until finally I came across a litter-robot at a garage sale. I had looked at them on the inter-net, how ever the price I just could not afford. Even at a garage sale, the price was more than I cared to pay, however, I went ahead and got it. I am writing to say how wonderful your product is. I have been telling everyone about it, and wish everyone with Kitty’s could afford one. It is really great! Thanks for such a great product.

You know how there are certain rare purchases that you make, purchases that make you feel good every time you look at, or use that product you bought? This is one of those purchases!

We have two cats, and we used to use a Litter Maid. The Litter Maid was…. adequate at best. It required a fair amount of maintenance and very frequent emptying and cleaning (which was NOT pleasant!) The engineering and quality of the Litter Maid was marginal. The analogy is probably a bit tired, but I would liken the Litter Maid to a Volkswagen and the Litter Robot to a Mercedes. I can honestly say that after several months of use, I actually feel GOOD about the money I paid for this product every time I look at it. The person who designed this and implemented that design with clearly thoughtful attention to detail and great quality manufacturing deserves every penny of that purchase price and I hope he / she makes a long, happy, comfortable living, because with your ideas and hard work you have made my life just a little bit better.

THE BEST THING EVER!
I bought a Litter-maid first because of the price, had it about 6 months, it alway got stuck, never enough litter for my cats, made a lot of noice and mess, NOW I spent the money that I should have in the first place and got THE BEST you can have. Quiet, works everytime! Large waste disposal, always clean litter for my (3) cats. I AM SO HAPPY WITH THIS! WHY DID I NOT BUY THIS ONE IN THE FIRST PLACE? I will be recommending this to anyone that I know that has cats. You should be proud of what you have created here.

Reconditioned Unit Still Going

I purchased a reconditioned litter robot over 12 months ago. I had previously owned a litter maid and another automated litter box. With three indoor cats, I really need a quality litter box. The litter robot has exceeded my expectations again. Their customer service agents are knowledgeable, and helpful. I received a response, not automated, during Easter weekend. I tell all my friends about your product.
