I read more reviews than I care to admit. This robot is the best. Customer service is exemplary. Don’t hesitate to spend the money and do yourself (and your cats) a favor. It’s nice to know that when something wears out that there are replacement parts that are available. It is not often that I get very excited about a product but I certainly am now. No matter how diligent you are about scooping litter, there are always times when you get overwhelmed, and become complacent. This device takes care of all that for you. Your cats will be happy, and so will you. You will save money and plenty of time with the robot. If you are hesitant about spending this much money, don’t be. You’ll be patting yourself on your back for years to come.

I have 4 cats and let me tell you, cleaing 3 different litter boxes three times a day was not fun. I went through a ton of litter. I was buying at least 40 pounds every two weeks. I was skeptical about buying the Litter-Robot because honestly, I am a cheap person. I thought it was too much money. But the money back guarantee sounded sweet so I thought why not. I had worked overtime the last few weeks and had a few extra dollars. When it arrived I thought it was big and bulky. Two of my cats refused to even use it. I had to keep one of the old litterboxes out just so for them. After about two weeks, I took it away and forced them to use the Litter-Robot. It was amazing. I change the bag about every other day. With the old litter boxes, the urine soaked up a lot of the litter if you didn’t scoop it right away, which is why I went through so much. With the Litter-Robot, nothing has time sit. I also have noticed that their isn’t any clumps in the litter. I now buy a 40 pound box about every 5 to 6 weeks. A huge saving. Plus not having to scoop three boxes three times a day is wonderful. Next week I am ordering a second one. It is so worth it. No odors lingering around the apartment, no back aches from scooping three boxes three times a day, no unnecessary litter wasted. I have recommended the Litter-Robot to all my cat loving friends. I do not regret the cost at all.
