The pull out drawer is emptied once a day. Add a bit more clumping litter & it’s ready for business! Would NOT have cats without the LITTER-ROBOT! Love it!

Bought Litter – Robot several yrs ago & cats love it. Only problem was litter splatter outside opening. Recently added lip extender/fence combo and that problem stopped. A great idea, no litter outside box now. Also added ramp, cats love that too. Recently began using Dr Elsey’s Senior Litter; makes world of difference. No clumps, BMs dry quickly and drop into collection drawer. Supposed to be less chance of bladder infections. Thinking of purchasing second unit soon.
