We LOVE our new “Bubble ‘Bot!” It passed inspection with flying colors and everyone (except me) utilized it within the first 15 minutes after installation. We’ve been customers since 2004 and have transitioned through Litter Robot I, Litter Robot II, and now the latest “Bubble” version. Customer service is outstanding, almost always picking up the phone in person, and providing everything we need on the first call. This company is fabulous about listening to user feed back to constantly improve their product. Each ‘bot has been progressively quieter, easier to maintain, and incorporates great ideas designed to resolve customer concerns.

I am a feline support system for three medium-hair cats rescued from shelters:
•	Akimbo (aka Boboguy), a 6-year-old intelligent, yet shy 15-pound white male with grey tabby splotches. Boboguy is a reforming former outdoor cat who’s often too smart for his own good.
•	Edgar, a chubby gregarious 4-year-old 14-pound grey tuxedo male with a fantastic purr. He nurses on warm fuzzy blankets when he thinks I’m not looking and visits my office each Halloween dressed as Bat Boy.
•	Our little princess, Cricket, a high maintenance 3-year-old 9-pound female tortie with attitude. She’ll do anything you want – as long as it is what she wants, when she wants it.
Each has his or her toilet proclivities and all of them love the Litter Robot.. With all three cats sharing one ‘bot I change the waste bag every 2-3 days. During the semi-annual globe cleanings, everyone impatiently waits (sometimes for several hours while it sun dries) until the robot is reassembled rather than resort to using the old-fashioned litter box made available during the interim.

Our new Litter Robot’s features include (compared to LR II):
•	Even quieter motor! – It is quieter than my hair dryer on the low setting. I can barely hear it run unless I’m in the same room. Our ‘bot is in my bedroom and I’ve had no problem sleeping while it cycles.
•	Bubble window – This clear plastic window on the back side of the globe is similar to a greenhouse window, allowing light and extra room for my big boys to turn around.
•	A “fill line” marked inside the globe below the window. Helpful to avoid overfilling.
•	Lip extender – As advertised those extra couple of inches make a difference in keeping errant litter & “misses” inside the globe.
•	Carbon filter & seals – These helps keep the odors inside the drawer. In sharing a 540-square-foot house with 3 cats, every little bit helps!
•	I also bought the optional Fence that snaps across the bottom of the entrance keeping everyone and everything inside the globe.
Between the extra space inside, lip extension, and the fence, this version has eliminated our occasional FORMER issues:
•	Boboguy & Edgar have more room to move around inside the globe.
•	Edgar can enthusiastically “dig to China” without flinging litter out the door.
•	Cricket and Edgar no longer consider hanging their butts out the entrance to pee.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! We look forward to the next evolution!

Hugs, Kisses, Face Washes & Loud Purrs to All of You!
