My globe rubber bottom doesn’t want to flex when upside down how can I fix this?

Is there an option with no internet and just does it's thing without the app? You are over complicating a litter box.

Hi, Scott! Yes, the Litter-Robot 3 (the non-Connect version located here: www.litter-robot.com/litter-robot-3.html) is used without the app and doesn't feature an internet connection. We hope this helps!

My Robo (1 year old & love it) is now not stopping in place at the end of the cycle. It passes its final resting place leaving the litter up on an angle - not useable by my cat. I've attempted different things, major cleaning as well - not fixing my issue. Help please - does it need a re-programing?

If a cat jumps in during the cleaning cycle will the device know the cat is in it and stop the cleaning cycle?

Hi Bre! If your Robot is cycling, and the cat jumps into the globe, there are sensors in place (laser, weight detection, etc.) that will sense your kitty and stop it from cycling.

How often would you be adding fresh cat litter to the Litter robot 4 if you have 2 or 3 cats approximately?

Hello Nancy, great question! Litter-Robot uses litter efficiently since the patented sifting system only removes the clumps. We recommend checking the litter level against the raised fill line each time you empty the waste drawer, which is about once per week for a single cat or twice for multiple cats.

Can you use tofu pellet litter with the newest model?

Hello Lindsay! Pellet or Tofu Litter will not work in our units at this time. We tend to find the best results from an unscented, standard-weight clay clumping litter. Can you use any litter with this? I know you recommend the clay and your brand, but I want to know the truth if I can use my current litter , which is Dr esley’s litter, or will it mess up and not work correctly?

Hi Reese, great question. For best results, we do recommend a standard-weight clay-clumping litter. We do have many pet parents who use and love Dr Elsey's litter, too! You can use this in the Litter-Robot.

Can you use arm and hammer hardball litter?

Hi Mike, great question! We don't recommend lightweight litter in the Litter-Robot as it can interfere with the weight-sensitive cat sensor.
