Does the stat tracker in the app differentiate between the cats or do you have to sift through the data yourself to figure out which is which?

The concept of the charts and long term tracking for health is appealing but I'm concerned it would be useless without being sorted.

Right now, the app reports the weight each time a cat uses it. Individual cat recognition capabilities are coming soon though.

How protective is your shipping?

Since we ship internationally, our packaging secures the Litter-Robot extremely well. We want to ensure our products arrive the same way we ship them out.

My cat doesn’t dig to cover her poop. Will that be a problem?

That's usually not an issue. The Litter-Robot will lightly coat the waste with litter during a clean cycle.

I have a maine coon kitten, currently weighting 14lbs. He's on track to be a big cat, 25-30lbs. Litter Robot big cat approved?

It can depend on each individual cat and their comfort level but there are many 25+ lb cats using the Litter-Robot 4 comfortably. To give you a better idea of the space, inside the globe is 15”-17”H (depending on litter level) x 19”W x 18”D.

How often will I need to throw out the soiled litter and how long can I go before I need to refill it with clean litter? I sometimes travel 5-9 days . Thanks

It depends on the cats, but generally speaking, you can expect to empty the waste drawer once every 9-12 days with one cat, twice per week with two cats, every 2 days with three, and every other day to daily with four cats (depending on bathroom habits, diet and any health issues). Most customers add litter when they empty the drawer so that would vary as well depending on how many cats you have.

Did the shipping get delayed? Few weeks ago it said it would ship July 2022. Now it says it’ll ship in August?

All Litter-Robot 4 units purchased prior to 8:00 PM ET on 6/13/22 will start shipping in July 2022 on a first-come, first-served basis. All units purchased after 8:00 PM ET on 6/13/22 will start shipping in August 2022 (until further notice). You will receive an email confirmation when your unit ships.
