What is pinch detect fault? My robot 4 has been sending me. Litter looks tilted to one side when this happens. Please help!

How many years on average will the robot 4 last?

Hello I have a large cat.He is 32 inches from nose to tail.And I'm wondering which of these would work best for him? All of my other cats are normal size

Hi Forest. It really depends on your kitty - we have many pet parents with large (25+ lb.) cats who use the Litter-Robot 3 and 4 with no trouble. We also offer our 90-day in-home trial which allows you time to really make sure your kitty is comfortable, and you can return the unit if they're not.

There is a thin filled strip on the inside that has come loose and prevents the drum from turning. Do you have a replacement part or will it run without the strip?

What are the dimensions and holding capacity of the waste drawer and also its liners as well?

Hi Mark! The waste drawer in the Litter-Robot 4 is 5.5"H x 13.5"W x 9.25"D. The waste drawer liners are 23.5" x 29" and have a 9-11 gallon usable capacity.

what is the weight limit? one of my cats is close to 30lbs

Hi Melissa! The Litter-Robot 4 does not have an upper-weight limit. We've got many users with 25+ lb. cats who use the Robot with no issue.

The lights are all blinking blue, even after I've just changed the litter bag.

Cat house x4. One LR4 claims to be good for up to 4 cats. How often will the drawer/ trash unit need to be emptied with 4 smaller to average size cats?

Hi there! It depends on the cats, but generally speaking, you can expect to empty the waste drawer once every 7-10 days with one cat, twice per week with two cats, every other day with three, and daily with four cats.

Is the inside stainless steel

Hi there. The interior of the Litter-Robot 4 is not stainless steel. The globe liner is made from TPE, which is a thermoplastic elastomer material with the high elasticity, strength and resilience of rubber. TPE material does not contain plasticizer and is an environmentally friendly non-toxic material.
