    Yes. If your Litter-Robot is still under warranty, please contact Whisker Customer Experience for repair or replacement.
  • What is the Litter-Robot 4 Cat Presence Sensor?

    Litter-Robot 4 is equipped with a motion sensor, referred to as the cat presence sensor, that monitors the waste drawer. If the motion sensor identifies movement within the waste drawer while at the home position, the unit will rotate the globe to a position such that the waste port provides egress from the waste drawer. 
  • Will replacing the Litter-Robot 4 Cat Presence Sensor fix the red ping-pong light bar on the control panel or the “Motion in Drawer” message in the Whisker app?

    If you are unable to resolve the red ping-pong light bar on the control panel or the “Motion in Drawer” message in the Whisker app with this troubleshooting article and video, or if you've observed urine leakage that may have damaged the circuit board, then we recommend replacing the Litter-Robot 4 Cat Presence Sensor.
