Returns & refunds
If you or your pet are not satisfied within 90 days, simply return your Whisker product for a refund of the purchase price. You only have to pay return shipping.
Whisker products purchased directly through Whisker.com or Litter-Robot.com may be returned within ninety (90) days of receipt for a full refund. You only have to pay return shipping.
If you’ve purchased your Whisker product through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate the return directly with that retailer.
Opened litter mats and traps are non-returnable. Merchandise should be returned in the original product packaging as received. Your 90-day trial does not affect your statutory rights. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. We do not accept responsibility for return shipments without an RMA number.
- Prepare and package your item to return. For a refund, the product must be in otherwise ‘as new’ condition; in particular, please make sure that the robot is clean. All paperwork should be included with your return to ensure a prompt and accurate credit. When returning a product to us, we recommend you obtain a proof of posting. Please ensure your product is carefully packed to avoid damage during shipment. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product returned is deemed to have been used or damaged.
- Determine your shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are typically £150-210 / €250-300 , depending on where you live. We can provide a return shipping label via DHL for a £65 / €90 deduction from your refund—just contact us.
- Receive your refund. Once your unit is received, we will process and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days. Once processed, your bank or credit card holder is responsible for applying it to your account, which may take up to 30 days.
