Yes. If your Litter-Robot is still under warranty, please contact Whisker Customer Experience for repair or replacement.How do I install the Litter-Robot 4 Base?
Do I need to onboard the new base to the Whisker app?
Yes. Because it has a new serial number, the new base will need to be onboarded to the Whisker app. After the base is installed, open the Whisker app and follow the onboarding instructions. Once complete, your newly onboarded Litter-Robot 4 will appear as a new robot in the Whisker app. Please delete your old robot from the app after the new one is successfully onboarded.
