Litter-Robot 4: Red light bar momentary flash (Control panel lockout mode)

IMPORTANT
  1. Make sure your unit is plugged in.
  2. Make sure your unit is connected and online.
  3. Make sure your firmware is up-to-date. If the app does not give you the option to update, you have the latest version.

* Please note that the light bar now flashes red instead of white; this video will be replaced with updated content shortly.

Preparation

Litter-Robot is equipped with a control panel lockout feature. When activated, this feature will disable the button functions to prevent unwanted changes.

The Litter-Robot functions normally in automatic mode during control panel lockout.

  1. You can enable and disable control panel lockout mode with a 3-second long-press of the Cycle and Reset buttons.

  2. The light bar will momentarily flash red to confirm the status change.
  3. If you press a button while in control panel lockout mode, the light bar will flash red, indicating the control panel is locked.
  4. While in control panel lockout mode, you can turn the unit OFF with a 3-second long-press of the Power button.
