Are reconditioned robots covered under the WhiskerCare™ Warranty?

Yes, reconditioned robots are covered by our 90-day in-home trial and WhiskerCare 1-Year Warranty. 

The WhiskerCare Extended Warranty is available for purchase here and extends the length of your coverage for extra peace of mind.

If you leave the country with a robot you purchased in the US, we will continue to honor your WhiskerCare Warranty. However, you may be required to pay shipping costs for replacements. Learn more about our international distributors.
