Do you offer a Litter-Robot return shipping service?

For returns within the contiguous US we can provide a return shipping label for a $60 deduction from your refund. Log in to your account to start a return. 

Please note that this shipping method cannot be applied if you purchased your unit from a third party. Shipping the unit is fairly expensive, so we suggest that you find the cheapest route possible and package the box well.

Return shipments outside the contiguous 48 states may incur additional shipping costs.

For returns within Canada, we can schedule a Canpar home pickup for a CA$100 deduction from the refund amount. Click here to start a return.
