What is the WhiskerCare™ Extended Warranty?

The WhiskerCare Warranty is a comprehensive protection for your Whisker robot. 

During your WhiskerCare Warranty period, we will resolve robot issues at no charge, including free shipping both ways within the contiguous US. 

What it includes

Our hassle-free plan covers:

  • Accidental damage
  • Power surges
  • Mechanical and electrical breakdowns
  • Software support. 

Additional benefits include: 

  • Free round-trip shipping for all replacements
  • No deductibles, hidden fees, or surprise charges 
  • Access to product experts via chat, phone, or email.

How it works

If you experience an issue, use our troubleshooting tools or contact our Customer Experience team. We’ll handle replacements quickly and at no cost. Just send your clean robot to us for inspection. We cover shipping both ways.

If you are unsure if your robot is within the WhiskerCare Warranty period, log into your account and click My Robots.

(Note: Returned products must be clean and free of litter; products returned in unclean conditions may be subject to a $75 cleaning fee. In the case of a warranty claim, you may be asked to send the warranted product to us for testing, inspection, or replacement. If we do not receive these back, we will not be able to process your warranty claim.)

When does coverage start?

Your WhiskerCare Warranty begins the day your robot ships if purchased directly from Whisker or Litter-Robot.

What is not covered?

Modifications that may affect the original function of any Whisker product may void the original warranty, and any additional warranty coverage purchased by you, at the sole discretion of Whisker.
