How do I sign up?
Visit litter-robot.com/share to join the Refer-a-Friend program. If you already have an account, simply log in to access your Referral Dashboard and start sharing your unique referral link with friends and family.
How does it work?
Share your referral link with friends or family. Your friend must be a first-time customer and must purchase a new, non-reconditioned Litter-Robot. Subscriptions and reconditioned products are not eligible. Eligibility is determined based on terms of service, which can be found here.
What reward do I get as the person referring?
You'll receive a $100 reward code for use at litter-robot.com once your friend completes a qualifying purchase. There is no minimum spend required to use your reward, but reward codes are one-time use, and any partial or unused balance will be lost. Offers are subject to change.
How are rewards delivered?
Your $100 reward code will be sent to you via email within 48 hours of your friend’s completed qualifying order.
How can I find my reward code?
If you can’t find your reward code, search your email inbox for “litter-robot.com” or an email from rewards@share.litter-robot.com. Always check your spam folder as well! If it’s still missing, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
How do I use my reward code?
To redeem your reward, you will receive an email from rewards@share.litter-robot.com with a link attached to the email and the promo code. Clicking the link will redirect you to our website where the reward will automatically apply to your cart with a qualifying purchase. Or, you can manually apply the promo code at checkout. To do this, add eligible items to your cart on litter-robot.com (excluding subscriptions and reconditioned units). Then, at checkout, click on “Cart” in the upper left corner, then scroll to the “Apply Promo Code” section. Enter your code, click “Apply,” and complete your purchase using your preferred payment method.
Are there any minimum purchase requirements?
There is no minimum required to redeem the $100 reward earned by the person who referred you. Reward codes are one-time use, and any partial or unused balance will be lost. Offers are subject to change.
Why isn’t my reward code working on mobile?
Check to confirm you do not have a reconditioned unit or subscription listed in the cart. If you're using a mobile device, click to checkout and tap "Cart" in the top left corner of the checkout page. Scroll down to "Apple Promo Code" to enter your code, click “Apply,” and complete your purchase using your preferred payment method.
Can I use more than one reward code on my order?
Yes! Customers are welcome to combine multiple $100 Advocate rewards on a single order. To apply multiple codes, our team will assist you directly. Please contact us and provide the email address associated with your account and the specific reward codes you’d like to use.
I referred a friend but didn’t receive my $100 reward—why?
If you haven’t received your reward, we recommend confirming a few details with the friend you referred before contacting us. First, check that they are a first-time customer with no previous orders. Next, make sure they used your unique referral link when placing their order—this is required for each reward to process correctly. If everything looks correct and it’s been more than 48 hours since their order, please contact us with your account email and your friend’s email used to purchase so we can review the referral and assist you further.
I forgot to apply my referral reward to my order—can I add it later?
Referral rewards must be applied before completing your purchase. If you forgot to enter the code, we recommend canceling the order (if it hasn’t shipped yet) and placing a new one using your reward code. To be eligible for the referral reward, the referral link must be used before placing your order.
Can international customers use the Refer-a-Friend program?
Currently, the program is only available for customers located in the United States. Referral codes cannot be used on international orders.

As a referred customer, you'll receive $50 off your Litter-Robot purchase of $499 or more. Please note that offers are subject to change and may vary over time.
Are there any minimum purchase requirements?
Yes. To qualify for the $50 discount, your order must total $499 or more.
Can I combine a referral reward with other discounts or promo codes?
No, referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or Whisker-provided discounts.
Can I place a Refer-a-Friend order over the phone?
To ensure rewards are properly issued, all Refer-a-Friend orders must be placed directly on our website. Orders placed by phone won’t qualify for referral rewards. Please complete your order online at litter-robot.com.
I forgot to use my friend’s referral link—can I still get the discount?
To be eligible for the referral reward, the referral link must be used before placing your order. Unfortunately, you or the referrer will not be eligible for the reward if the link wasn’t used or shared before your purchase. However, you can still sign up and start referring your own friends for future rewards.
Do referral codes expire?
The $50 discount for friends expires after 90 days, so be sure to use it in time!
