Nikki Sapiro Vinckier (she/her) is a Michigan-based reproductive health advocate, content creator, and OB-GYN Physician Assistant who turned her frontline clinical experience into public education and digital advocacy. She is the founder of Take Back Trust, a platform designed to help people navigate reproductive healthcare with clarity, confidence, and zero shame. She is also the author of the upcoming book We Deserve More, a bold, practical guide to navigating a healthcare system that too often dismisses, misunderstands, or harms the very patients it is meant to serve. She lives in Metro Detroit with her husband, three kids, their rescue dog, Harby, and their foster fail black cat, Shadow.
