Whisker's automatic litter and feeding devices are eligible for Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) spending, helping more people purchase products that make everyday cat care easier. Since launching HSA/FSA eligibility, thousands of pet parents have used pre-tax healthcare funds to purchase qualifying Whisker products, underscoring the growing demand for solutions that make everyday cat care more accessible.

HSA/FSA spending helps support cat parents with physical limitations or medical conditions that can make routine litter box maintenance challenging. Eligible products include Litter-Robot 5, Litter-Robot 5 Pro, Litter-Robot EVO, Litter-Robot 4, Feeder-Robot, and more, all of which help reduce the physical, cognitive, and sensory demands of cat care. Qualifying conditions include, but are not limited to, pregnancy, chronic pain, arthritis, limited mobility, neurological or respiratory conditions, and other health challenges that make routine litter care difficult or unsafe. A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is required.
To make the process as simple as possible, Whisker partners with Flex to help customers verify eligibility and seamlessly use pre-tax HSA/FSA funds to purchase qualifying products, with LMN processing fees fully covered by Whisker.
