We used safe vegetable dye to give our sisal scratch pads their unique grey hue.

What are the precautions?
This product is not designed to support a TV. Do not allow children to climb on or inside the product. Do not exceed weight limits listed in the user manual.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
What is your return policy on furniture?
We do not accept returns on open-box furniture. While we try to remain flexible as a company, once a piece of furniture has been built or its package opened, we are unable to take it back.
We do accept returns on unopened furniture items. If you would like to return your Sauder furniture, please contact the Litterbox.com Customer Service Department to arrange a return within seven (7) days of receipt for refund consideration. Merchandise can only be returned in new, unopened, and unassembled condition and in the original product packaging as received. All paperwork should be included with your return to ensure a prompt and accurate credit. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Upon inspection and refund approval, the credit card and card number used to purchase your merchandise will be credited within 7-10 business days.
1. To return Sauder furniture, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We do not accept responsibility for return shipments without an RMA number. To request one, contact us at 1-877-250-7729 or support@Litterbox.com.

You are responsible for return shipping costs on Sauder furniture, which are typically $60-$120 in the contiguous U.S. We can provide a return shipping label via FedEx and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
